Westgate will provide training pertaining to the protection of personal information to its applicable employees on a regular and continuous basis to raise awareness on this matter, and provide them with direction to comply with applicable laws and in-company regulations regarding personal information protection.
Organizational structure of personal information protection
Westgate will formulate guidelines needed for compliance of in-company regulations and administration of each task, assign the manager to provide the control of security of personal information, and address personal information protection as the organization as a whole.
Continuous review of organizational structure of personal information protection
Westgate will review and improve its in-company regulations and organizational structure to practice them on a continuous basis in order to continuously provide effectual and fair application.
Limitation of provision to a third party
Westgate will not provide personal information to a third party without consent from the person in question except in cases stipulated by applicable laws and ordinances or when personal information is provided for entrustment of business within the scope of the purposes defined in Section 2 "Purposes of use of personal information".

In the event that the User wishes to confirm, correct, or clarify their own personal information under Westgate's management, Westgate will use its best efforts to promptly respond to such request.
